If you wish to export your database from your cPanel hosting account (for the purposes of backups or to import into another hosting account/database), please see the following instructions:
- Log in to your cPanel interface
- Under the ‘Databases’ section, click ‘phpMyAdmin'
- On the left, click the database from which you’d like to export the tables
- At the top, click ‘Export’
- If you wish to export the entire database, select the ‘quick’ option
- If you wish to export only certain tables, select the ‘custom’ option
- Set the format to ‘SQL’ and click ‘Go’
- The SQL file containing your databases tables will then download to your computer
